Snow Day #1

Well.. we finally got a snow day here in North Alabama! I have been praying for snow for a while now. I really just wanted one or two good snows and then I’ll be ready for 70 degree weather! I haven’t gotten snow in a few years now so it’s a pretty exciting thing for me! Riley has always loved the snow (the handful of times he’s experienced it) but this was Mason’s first experience with snow. They both loved it for all of 10-15 minutes and then they were ready to go back into the cozy/warm house. I can’t say that I blame them! We only got one inch of snow but here is a little glimpse of our snow day fun!

    

The boys loved chasing after the snow balls until they realized they would fall apart before they could get them. Here are some fun action shots of them playing snow ball fetch 🙂

  

I loved the opportunity to take some fun pictures of the boys in the snow! I haven’t done much photography lately since it’s been so cold so this was a good excuse to get my camera out. They’re predicting 1-3 inches of snow for us this afternoon/tonight so we’ll see if we get another fun snow day! Finger Crossed!! 🙂
