Cozy Bedroom Refresh with Christmas Tree Shops

Our bedroom was one of the first rooms I decorated when we moved in our house 4 years ago and the truth is it was time for some change! I was super excited when the Christmas Tree Shops reached out to collaborate because (1) This store is new to me and I had no idea they had SO MUCH more than Christmas stuff and (2) They just launched their new Grainhouse™ Collection which is TO DIE FOR and such amazing prices! So i decided to take advantage of this new line and update my bedroom and goodness gracious I am so happy I did.
I have a chenille blanket that I often use on the end of our bed and love but it’s too small to be more than a blanket for the end of the bed. I’ve actually been on the hunt for a white/ivory chenille blanket for our actual bedding so when I saw The Grainhouse™ White Tufted Cotton Coverlet Set I was 100% SOLD. Chenille has so much great texture and gives it that cozy vintage vibe that I love.
I seriously cannot say enough great things about it, it’s so gorgeous and I love the fringe edge detailing! And even better, it was on sale for $39.99 for a King and the 2 shams! I’ve been looking for one like this for a while so I knew that price was a steal! I really LOVE the ivory and how it brightens up the space, and it comes in a Dusty Blue, Dark Red and Gray color also.
Is it bad to order other colors of the same bedding while they’re on sale? Asking for a friend 🙂
But really? Should I get the gray or blue? 😉
While walking through the bedding section, I found so many amazing chunky tassel throw pillows that just feel so cozy with the colors and textures. They had the same ivory color as my bedding and were exactly the look I was going for. A great way to cozy up a space for fall and winter is to add some chunky woven throw pillows and warm throw blankets!
I just layered them in this order from back to front: Chenille Shams in the Back, The Pillows we sleep on next, two Chunky Fringe Knot Pillows and then finishing it off with this Striped Fringe Lumbar Pillow.
I grabbed The Grainhouse™ White Paisley Cotton Sheet Set to add a little pattern to the mix and they were the perfect addition. The paisley is so cute and fun and I can say now that they are really comfortable sheets and that’s coming from some sheet snobs! 😛
As we were shopping the store I ran across this Arch window frame mirror and it was such a good price I had to bring it home. I think these would be super fun to put behind your nightstands or really anywhere you need a statement piece. I have one similar in my living room and paid twice the price of this so this mirror was something I couldn’t leave behind! The store only had one so I brought it home to try behind my nightstands to decide if I wanted one for the other nightstand also.

I also picked up another cozy tassel throw pillow for our accent chair but I couldn’t find it online so it must be an in-store option only. They had several chunky tassel pillows that are perfect for mixing and matching!
I am so so happy with the refresh and as you can tell, so are our furbabies. 🙂
