Sage Green Fall Console Table

Fall is my favorite season and I always love decorating for it. I’ve slowly been finding bits of time to start pulling out my fall things, in between mom life and work life. The truth is I really miss decorating and DIY projects but this season is just a little different and has me chasing a 1 year old everywhere…so the projects and decor can wait! 🙂

I honestly really LOVED my fall console table last year so much with the doilies and dried babies breath that it was tough for me not to just do that same thing again. You can see last years fall console table HERE.

After 2-3 years of having my large tobacco basket above my console table, I decided it was time to take it down and change it up a little bit. I knew I wanted to use my Pumpkin Patch sign from Harper Grayce again but needed something to put behind it or around it so it didn’t visually feel too small to go above the console table.

I pulled these “shutters” out of another room for another quick option that still felt rustic to match my rustic green console table estate sale fine. These are actually folding pantry doors that I found on the side of the road years ago and just painted and distressed to look like old shutters. This really helped give the sign the visual weight and size needed to look proportional!

Then I just started with a faux garland from my Hobby Lobby Spring Vignette and put it above the sign and also started sticking other faux eucalyptus picks around to give it that fuller look and give it some variation in color.

My Flax and Willow fabric pumpkins are MY FAVORITE EVER so I knew I was going to be using them somehow. I’ve shared them a ton over the past few years so if you see any of my fall decor, you’ll see them! I combined two different pumpkin sets, the ticking stripe neutral set and my sage green set and they look so good together! I just started laying them around similar to last years and then filled in the gaps with more faux eucalyptus stems.

I love using real pumpkins but they can get expensive and they get thrown away after the season so I love having beautiful pumpkins that I can reuse year after year. In fact, I’m proud to say so far, I haven’t spent any money on decor for fall and have used what I have! It’s so awesome to shop the house and get creative in coming up with new and fresh ideas without breaking the bank!

So I hope you love it! It’s great for all the neutral lovers!
