Fall Party Planning with Christmas Tree Shops

After my awesome bedroom refresh with Christmas Tree Shops, I was super excited to collaborate with them as I was preparing to host a Fall themed Girls Night.

I wasn’t sure what color scheme or theme I wanted to go with so I was looking for inspiration in the store. One of the first items I saw when I walked in was this adorable Canvas Pumpkin Patch Sign that I just had to have. So I grabbed that sign and ran with it as my inspiration.

As I walked around the store I continued to pick up items that worked with the colors and style of the sign. I found some great table linens, great wooden platters, some galvanized and copper trays and some awesome ceramic pumpkin bowls that I knew would be perfect for dips, sweets, etc. The fun thing about the Christmas Tree Shops store is you never know what treasures you will find. I’ve linked all the items available online below but several of the items I picked up were in-store only so I highly recommend checking out your local stores!

I started out with this Gray Grainhouse™ Cotton 2-Tone Stitched Tablecloth that has awesome texture and I found a great plaid fall tablerunner with the fall decor that brought out the perfect colors in the sign.

The Galvanized and Copper trays were perfect to use for a chips and dip station along with the ceramic pumpkins. The pumpkins aren’t online but they have a similar pumpkin soup bowl set that would work the same! I bought a matching set of napkins to line the trays for the chips.

I also used one for some cookies.

Not only do they have lots of great decor pieces and hosting items, they have a great selection of specialty holiday treats as well. I picked up some pumpkin spice pretzels, pumpkin spice ginger cookies and fall candies for the party.

They had different color ceramic pumpkin bowls and different sizes. The small orange pumpkins were great for dip but the larger ones work great for other snacks like the pretzels I bought.

I knew I had to have Wood Pumpkin Cutting Board when I saw it! The stain color was perfect and I knew it’d be perfect for a cheese tray! I also found this awesome Long Slim Wooden Board that was perfect for the crackers.

And every party needs a good fall candle and they had lots to choose from. I chose this one since it had the cute copper top to match the trays.

Another thing I loved about a lot of these items is most of them an be used year round and aren’t all fall specific.

I knew I wanted to make a cute drink station in the corner and found some great items to go with “the sign” 🙂

I fell in love with these gray glasses and they tied in perfectly with the gray in the sign and the plaid tablelinens. I was excited to find the matching pitcher online and on clearance! It says it’s melanine online but these are all actual glass and great quality!

I picked up several bottles of this caramel apple cider while we were there which made for a fun and festive drink for the party.

I layered some of the matching napkins on this little table to create a small tablerunner to coordinate with the main food table. I also found this awesome woven basket in the store and filled it with some dried hydrangeas to dress up the drink station a little.

This all made for not only a cute and festive fall girls night, but it was all super useful and I know I will use a lot of it year round!

If I hadn’t found that cute canvas sign, I would have definitely picked up this cute Wooden Pumpkin Spice Sign!

We had a great girls night and I hope you got some great ideas for all your fall parties coming up!
