Little Girls Christmas Decor
Well.. it’s a Christmas Miracle that I even got this blog up before Christmas. In the blogging world I’m WAY late but I wanted a place to put all these pictures of Ellie’s room this Christmas.
Most of her nursery items are listed HERE on her nursery post so I’m just going to talk Christmas decor on this post! 🙂
This King of Christmas pencil tree is perfect for her room. It’s not a huge space so the slim tree’s really work perfectly and I love the flocked tree with all the bright white in her room!
I changed things up a little bit from her Christmas nursery last year that can be seen HERE. But overall used the same tree and a lot of the same tree decor. The biggest difference is I used a bunch of pink poinsettias (Similar to these) that I got from JoAnn’s at the end of the season last year for super cheap. I just clipped each flower off the bush and stuck them in the tree making them look like a floral garland on the tree.
I didn’t use any breakable ornaments on either of our trees this year just to be on the safe side. Ellie has actually been pretty good about not touching them but she is 1.5, so I don’t want to push my luck 😉
I was on the hunt for the perfect Christmas pillow for her room and remembered my sweet friend Jolie had this adorable pink ornament pillow cover and it looks like it was made for her room! It was just the perfect addition!
The Eliana’s Cut Your Own Tree Farm sign is a canvas print from my etsy shop HERE. I designed the sign and then just had it printed as a canvas print and framed it out! I made it the perfect size for her little shelf and used it with a variety of bottle trees that I either had already (most from Target dollar spot last year) or picked up this year from Hobby Lobby.
I fell in love with these tassel ornaments from Kohls (White and Gold HERE and Pink Ombre HERE) and as I had coupons and they went on sale, I snagged several to make a fun anthro inspired garland to use for Christmas but could be used year round also!
They also make cute little stocking accents. I had some spare wooden letters in my craft box and found an E, that I just spray painted and tied onto the hook to add for the stocking accent.
I had planned to add some flocked garland above the mirror in her room, similar to her spring garland HERE. But I decided not to buy anything new and shop my house. I found my DIY pom wreath in a closet and figured that was just cozy enough to make a perfect addition to her mirror. I cut up a gold berry swag and just added them sporadically to the wreath and tape a gold nutcracker ornament in the middle.
So that’s Ellie’s Christmas room this year! I love having it decorated for the season and I think she does too!
