Shop the House Design Challenge – Part 3
I’m back with part 3 of the Shop the House Design Challenge. Just to remind you, me and some of my favorite bloggers have teamed up to challenge ourselves to “shop the house” to restyle our selected space. If you want to refresh your memory, you can find part one here and part two here.
In the past I was using a lot of my blue and white ceramics but with Spring approaching I was craving greenery and wanted to try something completely different than I’ve done before! We received a lot of the silver Biltmore beaded serving dishes for our wedding and I usually just have stored away for special events. I decided to go with mostly a silver and greenery theme this time and I have to admit it’s a nice change!
Here are some close ups of the details:
I used clay pots of faux succulents for the tiered tray.
I moved my DIY Moss Balls from the driftwood bowl to this silver one. and just propped the driftwood bowl up on it’s side to add some texture.
I got these small boxwood wreaths from Target and they were quite a bit smaller than I had thought. I decided to use them to spruce up these candle vases and they were the perfect size for them.
And here is a better look at the two sides of the hutch!
