My typical grocery list for the Advocare 24-day challenge

For me, these are the items that I keep in my house at all times during the challenge, but especially during the cleanse. Having these insures that I have enough ingredients to make a good nutritious meal that is challenge friendly. Failing to plan is planning to fail so I try to be fully prepared for each day.
 
Typical Grocery List:
·         Chicken breast
·         Ground turkey or extra lean ground beef
·         Mrs. Dash seasonings – to use on vegetables, chicken, etc.
·         Sweet Potatoes
·         Eggs
·         Salsa
·         Almonds and Pecans – not salted
·         Whole Grain Rice
·         Oatmeal – old fashioned
·         Green Beans
·         Braggs Liquid Aminos
·         Tuna Pouches in water
·         Olive Oil
·         Hummus
·         Bagged Spinach for salads
·         Low Sugar/Organic Spaghetti Sauce
·         Low Sodium Taco Seasoning
·         Low Sodium Black Beans
·         Any Fruits you like
·         Any Vegetables you like
·         Mayo with Olive Oil
·         Relish made with Splenda – for tuna salad
