Best Ways to Mix your Advocare Spark
You may remember my blog post about a healthy Spark of Energy or maybe you’ve just heard of Advocare SPARK from someone else. I know this seems like a no-brainer but you’d be surprised how many times I get asked the best ways to mix up the SPARK drinks. I’ve been drinking SPARK for 5 months now and these are the best ways I’ve found to mix up my SPARKS. Feel free to comment with any other ways you have found works for you!
Option 1. Purchase a blender bottle (which can be found a Walmart or Amazon and many other places). Add Ice, water and scoop of Spark and shake. These bottles are great for the meal replacement shakes and Fiber Drinks as well!
*MY PREFERENCE – Option 2. I purchased a cheap “milk frother” from Home Goods for $3.99 and use it every morning for my morning Mandarin Orange Spark. I fill up my cup with a little hot water and add my scoop of Spark and then blend with the frother. Once I’ve blended it up a bit, I add ice and water to fill the rest of the cup. I add a straw, stir and then enjoy! I prefer to fix and drink my Spark this way. I think between the hot water and frother, it really helps dissolve the powder.
Option 3. Take a full water bottle. Take one drink out of it to provide some room to add the Spark powder. Add the powder, screw the top back on and shake. You may find that you have to shut the bottle up and shake as you drink it to help mix the clumps.
A few additional tips:
- The pouches say to add 8oz. of water but I prefer mine with 12-14oz. so find an amount that fits your taste
- Drink on an empty stomach or in between meals (I prefer mine as soon as I wake up and around 2-3pm)
- Try different flavors because they are all delicious
