Things I Love Thursday – Card Delivery
I’ve gotten to the point where I’d rather order as much as possible online than get out to go shopping. My time is limited and traffic in this area can be a pain during busy hours. One thing I’ve been ordering online recently is cards (Mother’s Day cards, birthday cards, etc.), you may remember my Mother’s Day cards here. I’m notorious for forgetting things like that when I’m out running errands and this way I can order them while I’m thinking about it and get them delivered in the mail to me without having to leave my computer!
The Cardstore has a great selection of cards for really reasonable prices. Cards can easily cost around $6 a card at some stores and that’s a little more than I usually want to spend on a card. I loved all the options I had when shopping with Cardstore, you can filter by types of cards or styles and there are tons of options. My grandmother’s birthday is coming up so I wanted to get her a card that was perfectly suited for her. I found several that I liked but ended up getting this one about strength beauty and love, which all describe my grandmother! I loved the ability to customize it! I added a picture of me and my grandma from last Thanksgiving and was able to customize the inside text.
I received my card within 2-3 days and it’s now waiting for our trip to Texas for her birthday. Cardstore also offers a delivery service where you can pay them for postage and get the card sent straight to the recipient which I’ve done in the past. This is great when you need to expedite your turnaround time and it’s just great for convenience!
