Neutral and Sage Green Fall Console Table
My console table is always the first place I like to decorate. It’s always a challenge to come up with new ideas because I really do love how I styled them in the past. Last years was definitely something I was proud of, I loved all the farmhouse elements but this year I needed something new and fresh!
Although I always struggle with coming up with new ideas but I have to admit I am SUPER excited with how this years turned out! My first inspiration was my Harper Grayce Fall sign. It’s a custom version of this sign HERE. I knew it was going to be my main piece for my console table, one day I may replace the tobacco basket above the cabinet but not today…it just looks so good hanging on it!
The nail I had on there made the sign a little lower than I would have liked and I didn’t want to go through the trouble of making another hole higher. This got me brainstorming… I had some faux eucalyptus type stems from Old Time Pottery from my Spring Console Table and starting wedging them into the basket behind the sign and really loved how it was looking! These stems were only $1.99 a piece so I ran a grabbed a few more to give it a fuller look.
Jen from Harper Grayce is offering you all 15% off her signs if you use the code hamby so if you’re interested in one of these beautiful signs, now is a great time! She has an adorable Christmas Tree Farm sign that I am dying to get also!
Next up was the cabinet top…I spent a couple days trying different stylings and moving things around until this idea came to me! I always love my stylings the most when I let them evolve and this is another example of that!
I shared my Fabric Pumpkin, Doily and Babies Breath Decor that I settled on a couple weeks ago and I think you all loved the idea as much as I did! I absolutely loved how those turned out but I felt like it was missing something.
I was walking through Kirklands and stumbled up on these Dusty Bayleaf Topiaries and knew they would be perfect! They were the perfect dusty green to compliment the greenery above the sign and just completed the look I was going for!
I finished it off with my barrel stool and just layered a doily ontop to coordinate with the pumpkins and then this DIY Fall pillow I made last Fall!
So that’s this years fall console table! I am so pleased with the sign and greenery and how the pumpkins and doilies and babies breath turned out! There is so much texture going on and I feel like this style just suits me. It’s not overly farmhouse but still has rustic and vintage elements!
