Winter Living Room Home Tour
I hope you all had a wonderful holiday, I took a couple weeks off from blogging but I’m glad to be back to join several talented bloggers for a Winter Home Tour! I decorated so early this year for the Home Depot Style Challenge that I actually started slowly taking the Christmas decor down on Christmas day. There is a part of me that craves simplicity after the holidays but also is sad to see it all go. Last year I did some really simple neutral winter decor that you can see HERE but this year I wanted to change it up.
The console styling may look familiar because it was moved into here from my Winter Wonderland Dining Room Decor I shared HERE. As I was putting everything away, I just couldn’t bring myself to move all of this since it still worked for winter! I relocated it to my console table and just added this DIY Pom Wreath I made a couple years ago! This is just a combination of thrifted plastic trees, my great grandparents oil lamps and all the mercury glass candlesticks I own.
I put this faux fur from Ikea on top of my rustic barrel stool (found HERE – aff link) and then added this adorable deer pillow that I got last year. You can find it HERE for such a great price!
When I saw this old light fixture at the thrift store I had to snatch it up for my snow globe for Christmas and now it’s a succulent garden. I followed this tutorial from HoneynHydrangea and how she made hers!
And HELLO – this Capri Blue Volcano Diffuser I got from a sweet friend for Christmas is AMAZING!!
You can download my Watercolor Laurel printable by subscribing to my newsletters! I promise not to overwhelm your inbox!
I always love swapping out blankets to match the seasonal decor, I used my fur snowleapord throw to coordinate with my fur throw and fur pillow. If you’re looking for a blanket ladder, I shared multiple great ones you can order online HERE.
So that’s our winter living room home tour! Simple but cozy! Head on over to see my sweet friend Ariel’s colorful winter decor HERE!
