Things I Love Thursday – Simply Bliss Tribal Knit Vest

Ok…so let’s have an honest chat….you all know my love for home decor but one area that I do love but really struggle is fashion. I really dislike shopping for clothes and get overwhelmed and nervous about ordering online. I like trendy but also like comfortable and sometimes struggle with finding a mix of both. Fortunately, I have found some clothing boutiques via Instagram and love ordering from them and one of them is Shopsimplybliss. These two ladies are a faith based boutique and are using this business to serve the Lord and his vision for them, which I love to support! Their dream was to open a shop with contemporary and trendy clothing that is not too revealing and they have some REALLY cute stuff. Another thing I love about these ladies is their heart for Stop Hunger Now, which they plan to bless through this business venture.

I ordered the tribal knit vest because it was a great piece that I knew I could wear through most of the seasons by switching out the under shirts. Our weather is pushing 90 one day and 60 the next so it’s great to have pieces like this that I can wear either way.

Let me also be real in saying…there is a reason (apparently) that I am not a fashion blogger. I don’t know if i have T-rex arms or what but I don’t know how these ladies do this awesome ootd (outfit of the day) selfies?! SERIOUSLY…if you have tips, comment or email me! My attempts are laughable and would only be used for blackmail..they really are that bad! So these pictures are the best I can do but I hope to do better in the future!

I wore this to work this past week and got compliments from several of the ladies. I wore it with short sleeves and flats but will definitely be wearing it with long sleeves and boots once it gets cooler! It’s the perfect weight and super comfortable and I love anything loose in the front that hides my extra weight I’m carrying these days.
