Days 1-10 is a Cleanse Phase:The first ten days are about cleansing your body of toxins and preparing for optimal nutrient absorption, and you may enjoy weight loss as well. The word cleanse terrified me at first, I was afraid I’d be running to the bathroom all day which would be terrible at work but it wasn’t like that at all. If nobody told me I was on a cleanse, I would have never known. You take supplements throughout the day and follow the suggested nutrition plan. My first 10 days I lost 6 pounds, which of course kept me motivated to keep going!
Days 11-24 is the Max Phase:This phase gives your body the best tools you need to achieve your next weight management goal during days 11-24! During this phase you will take three products (Metabolic Nutrition System – MNS®, Meal Replacement Shakes, and Spark) that work together to provide you with sustained energy, appetite control, core nutrition and overall wellness.
The challenge comes with a nutrition guide and suggested schedule to follow. It also really changed my idea of “dieting”. When I used to attempt to diet I would eat Lean Cuisines and processed “fat free” foods that weren’t giving me the nutrition my body needed. This is a very clean/natural diet and I can tell a big difference with the way I feel when I eat that clean!
