Our Traditional Christmas Decor – Console Styling

This console table is one of my favorite places to decorate for the holidays and seasons. This is the third year I’ve used this sign from Harper Grayce so I am always trying to think of ways to change it up a little! I shared how I took a cheap pine garland and added to with other things I had around the house to make it a fuller and more statement garland on my Instagram stories. You can find it in my highlights HERE.

I just layered two different garlands and then used picks that I already had to fill in and add more texture and color. I’ve done garland on one side before and just loved the look and thought it was a great way to change it up this year. I added these wooden bells from Tuesday Morning in the corner and the wall was complete!

Then I had to decide what to do on the table. Last year I had a variety of lanterns, trees, etc. This year I decided to keep it a little simpler and use all the brass candlesticks I had and arranged them by height to balance out the garland. I mixed in a couple faux trees and put a couple napkin rings on the candlesticks just to add a little interest but that was it! It was super simple and I just used things I already had!

So this is what I have for now, however I’ve been known to swap things out during the season so we’ll see if this lasts!
