Front Porch Spring Tour

Front Porch Spring Tour_V

I am thrilled to be teaming up with 25 talented bloggers that will each be sharing one room that they have freshened up for Spring. To kick it off, I am sharing my spring porch decor along with 4 other bloggers sharing their porches today.

I’ve been out of town the past couple weeks but my porch is almost ready for Spring and I’m thrilled to share it with you!

My babies wanted to say Hello!! I’m still shopping for the right boxwood trees for the front door so those will hopefully be added later this week. I made this DIY Tulip wreath was made using this tutorial hereTulip_Wreath_2

I found the cutest chippy plate stand at the thrift store recently for $4. I originally thought it’d be cute for herbs but when I remembered my DIY Address Number Pots, I knew that it would work perfectly for my front porch. This is probably my favorite thing about the whole porch because it’s unique and unexpected and was such a great find!

We found this awesome outdoor rug at World Market and brought home two different ones. It’s made from a plastic-like material which I loved because it was such vibrant colors and also because it won’t mold easily like we’ve experienced in the past with outdoor rugs.

The rocking chairs were a secondhand purchase and I love that they’re weathered and were budget friendly.

The plant stand was a yard sale find, the ceramic ottoman was a sale find from Sam’s Club and the pots and pillows were found at Big Lots.

We have wanted a whiskey barrel planter for years and finally decided this was the year. We found this solar lantern hook at Big Lots and planted mixed flowers to brighten up the porch and added this welcome sign that I made a couple years ago.

This shallow planter was an estate sale find that I am using for a succulent garden in our flower bed. I still need more succulents but it’s off to a great start and is helping fill space in our large flower bed that is so sparse still.
