Simple Fall Dining Room Decor

Other than my console table in the living room, I kept my seasonal decor in the house fairly simple this year. I just added small touches of fall decor in with my everyday decor. I figured I would show you the few small touches of fall that I added to the dining room.

Home Goods had these pumpkin stems that I fell in love with. I used some of the straw pumpkin stems on the wreath on my front door that you can find here. When I went back for more they didn’t have the straw but they had these white pumpkin stems that were just as cute. I just cut the stems a little shorter and added them to my crock full of dried hydrangeas.

I also added chestnuts in my candleholders. I am fortunate to have family that collected these for me and brought them down from Tennessee! I had never seen chestnuts before but they have a great warm color that is perfect for fall! I did bake them on low before using them to make sure I didn’t bring any bugs in the house.

Two years ago I painted a faux pumpkin white and painted our initial, it’s still one of my favorite fall items. I just added it on the shelves in the dining room.
