TGIF House Tour – Guest Bathroom

For the next Home Tour, I am going to give you a glance at one of our Guest Bathrooms. I haven’t done much decorating in any of the bathrooms yet but I’ll show you what I have so far because they’re simple projects that anyone could do.

I picked up a plain frame without glass or artwork from the thrift store for $1 and painted and distressed a little. Then I purchased this H at Hobby Lobby (50% off of course) to go inside the thrift store frame. This is a customizable and inexpensive project that worked great above the toilet.

One thing we did to save a little money was to buy our own mirrors for our house. The standard mirrors for the houses had no frames and cost more than it would cost me to buy framed mirrors. This Mirror was one I had purchased several years ago for my apartment that I just taped off and used the brushed nickel spray paint to make it match the fixtures. Mirrors are not always cheap so this was a great way to use what I had and save a little money.

That’s all so far! I still need to work on a towel bar/hook for the wall across from the toilet and maybe some cute towel storage but it will do for now! It’s always something, right? 🙂
